How do I sign up for swim classes?Please reach out via our contact form or text Miss Kimberly! 801-703-8652 Private lessons may be available depending upon the teacher's availability. Please see the 'Private Lesson' tab for details and call an instructor to inquire.

Can I sign up for private lessons?Yes! Our private instructors Millie Bradstreet and Desiree Jeffery each have been trained in the Swim To Success program and are incredible teachers. They are all adults and are certified lifeguards and have years of teaching experience. Please see "Private Lesson" page for their contact information. Unfortunately, Miss Kimberly is not teaching private lessons at this time.

Are your swim classes efficient? Will my swimmer have enough water time?At Swim School, quality swim instruction is very important to us. In our classes, the student to teacher ratio is 2:1 or 3:1 depending on the class level. We are extremely efficient at swim classes. In our evening classes, students will swim the entire 40 minutes in the Dolphin, Beluga, Sharks, Manta Rays, and Team Prep levels. There is a limit of 6-8 students per class with 3-4 instructors per class. For younger daytime swimmers, Miss Kimberly, Millie, and Desiree will rotate through the kids and teach them individually according to their needs. There is limit to 2-3 students per 30-40 minutes in our daytime classes.

Can my student make up a class if they are sick?Yes! You have six months to make up a class if your student is sick. Teachers leave you in charge of scheduling a make up class. For private lessons, please reach out to your individual teacher for their make up policy.

How do I pay for classes?We take Venmo, Zelle, checks, and cash. Tuition is due about 2 weeks prior to your class.

How do I keep updated on Swim School class postings?Miss Kimberly updates her Swim School families via the Remind app. This app is used by thousands of teachers and coaches. Please contact her for the classroom code at 801.703.8652.

Where is the pool located?The indoor pool is located at a private residence in South Jordan. The owners are good friends of ours. We do not give out the address until lessons are booked. Please inquiry for more information.
